Caricature Booking Agreement
By booking my caricature services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment: Full payment is required upon booking. Payments are non-refundable as they secure the event date and cover preparation costs.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Payments are non-refundable. One rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 14 days in advance. Late changes may incur a $50 fee. If I need to cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Travel and Setup: A travel fee may apply for locations over 30 miles from Houston, TX. Setup requires 30 minutes; please ensure the space is ready upon arrival.
Event Duration and Overtime: Bookings are made in hourly increments (2-hour minimum for private events, 3-hour minimum for corporate/public). Overtime is billed at the agreed rate if the schedule allows.
Client Responsibilities: Provide a well-lit space for drawing. Notify of changes 7 days in advance.
Artist Rights and Liability: I reserve the right to decline inappropriate drawing requests. Event photos and artwork may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. I am not responsible for accidents or damages during the event.
